Born into the Icefields, this dragon left them just as quickly. Her name was Noel, and her coat was far too dark to be of anything other than a hinderance to her there. She traveled and came across the Starfall Isles, and there she stayed. She took only one thing: a mirror, an antique one. It had no magical properties, nor any famous history. It was only pretty, much like its owner. It reflected Noel’s face more than the highest count of blooms the Starwood Strand has.

Beauty is the center of her pride, and it always has been. She briefly wonders, if her parents wanted her gone for that reason. She stood out too much due to her coat yes, but was it also because of the comparison with other clutches and other dragons? Maybe. She didn’t really care. Even now, many other female dragons throw jeering looks at her and spiteful gazes. This does not faze her. Unwavering confidence in herself off puts others, but it is what keeps Noel from faltering and falling. Her mannerisms are laced and filled with her self-confidence and boasts, however that is only the way that she speaks and nothing more.

Despite turning many heads, the only dragon who has caught her eye as of yet is the clan’s leader. Not a soul knows this, and she’s fairly skilled at keeping it quiet. That said, she is skilled in more than what most dragons give credit for. She can pick apart a battlefield just as easily as a flower. She can also fight as well as the rest, but she usually leaves the dirty work to the male dragons. Pretending to be weak comes easily to her. Manipulating her own emotions to suit her wants and desires is an activity that she is well versed in. So great is her prowess, that she, herself, believes her own acts. That does not mean that she will never step forward to use her skills practically. When the clan is at war with the beastclans, Noel is one of the first in the field.

Noel can be kind when she wishes, and she’s able to fight when it’s needed. For the most part she sticks to being nice to her friends, and otherwise being herself - much to the chagrin of some of the clan’s female dragons. She can spend her time doing things other than staring at her mirror, but if a dragon is beautiful then shouldn’t they use that beauty wisely? It will not last forever.
