Few would stop to listen to the tale of yet another homeless mirror, after all many had been dismissed from their lairs for good reason... well, those that hadn't simply left of their own accord to join a migratory pack of other mirrors.

Thus Ronan hadn't expected much of a warm reception when he strayed from one of those very migratory packs to wander the Sundial Terrace. He hadn't expected to have a very green fae come swooping out of the woods in front of him, her strangely inexpressive voice at odds with her tense and frustrated demeanor as she explained that her den had been taken over by a rival clan.

Few would ever expect a mirror to back down from a fight, but Ronan wasn't interested in challenging a whole clan over a patch of trees that weren't his own. He might have turned away at that moment to find something to eat were it not for a striking skydancer's arrival on the scene. AmunRa, as he later found out, had heard the impassioned plea for aid from the fae and asked Ronan for his aid. Having nothing better to do, and no where else to go... Ronan agreed.
