A slight slip of a Fae, Yazure long went unnoticed among the deep forests around the Sundial Terrace she made her home in. She was content to merely loaf among the high branches, never caring for much other than her immediate needs until the day a dark shadow drifted over the wood, blotting out the sun's warming rays and shattering the tranquil quiet with a piercing shriek. Knowing she was no match for the massive dragon, she hid. Though she was safe in that moment, Yazure felt her eyes narrow, her resolve firm, her magic rise. These were her trees, her forest. No one was going to take that from her.

Though she had fled the woods of her childhood, Yazure found herself quickly among many different types of dragons, all hailing from other lands. She was dwarfed among the various larger types, but they all listened to her plea and agreed to follow her back into the woods that she had left in her desperation. The rival tribe that had entered her woods stood no chance against the fierce gathering, though it took many days of fighting to liberate the forest from the rival clan. Still, after the corpses had been cleared, Yazure was able to again enjoy the sunlit treetops of her home. What she wasn't expecting was to find that the tribe of dragons that had gathered to help her decided to stay. Grateful for their assistance, and glad for their desire to keep out further challengers, she welcomed them all to her new home. That was, of course, until Yazure was approached by the Lightweaver.

Though Yazure's clan had started off small enough, tales of her lair's renown spread quickly. It wasn't long before the dragons that had decided to join her outpaced the reaches of what had once seemed a rather large stretch of forest. It was at the Lightweaver's insistence that Yazure agreed to move to the Hewn City so the others in her care and company would be more comfortable.
