CELESTIAL OBSERVATORY.

Nokto isn't sure quite where she came from, never knowing where her parents came from or where she was meant to go, but she spent her first years searching across the world for her charge. It was when she searched through the starfall isles that she came across Chairon, a lone Tundra dragon who was too focused on research to notice much else.

From the moment she met him she knew that he was the one that she needed- no, wanted to spend her time protecting. She set about expanding their den, making room for the two of them, and eventually both nesting grounds and expanded room for the more dragons they took into their charge.

She's always nudging Chairon to ensure he remembers to take care of himself while he continues his research of the world, while also somehow managing the den.

In time, Nokto has come to be a leader for the many dragons that come and go from the lands of clan Pyxis Bolide. She comes to know every dragon who visits their home and greets everyone with a fair chance- the clan has become a second chance for many a wandering dragon, and she'll welcome them all. That's not to say she's any sort of pushover, she'll quite fiercely defend the clan whenever the need arise, but she believes that a leader should be compassionate and wise first and foremost.
