Biography
A strong Mirror male, considered Laila's second-in command and closest friend. Stern as he may be at times, he's certainly not one to act harshly towards the younger members of the clan. To be honest, Nadin is perhaps the most jovial member of the clan, getting along well with just about any dragon he comes into contact with.
Above all, Nadin is an inventor and alchemist, and may most often be found at Baldwin's Bubbling Brews, transmuting and creating new odds and ends to add to the clan's overstuffed hoard. Fond of digging and scavenging, his excursions result in him bringing back heaps of materials for use in new experiments. However, much to his distress and annoyance, the things he brings always end up being picked through and sold for treasure by Laila, who insists that the gold pieces will be much more helpful in the end (oh, how irksome it is that she's usually right) and that he can always bring back more tomorrow. He also bears an unusual fondness for the snakelike beasts, delightedly choosing a Carmine Sethis he found at auction to be his familiar. Nadin also serves as the clan's medic, finding that the combination of his alchemy and arcane abilities make for wonderful healing. Regardless of his skill, he wishes that Laila would learn to be a bit more careful and think before she attacks....
Having been with Laila since their hatching, Nadin remains the only non-Fae clan member who can understand and identify the body language of Faes. Laila is his closest friend, and as such he feels it his duty to watch over her and ensure her (relative) safety. Taking that into consideration, it would be most ill-advised to attempt harming her- or any member of the clan.
