Yasri is the only daughter and child from the union of Akiva and Karou to still reside in Clan Wicked Wings. While she once had brothers who resided in the clan, none now do. Until her recent union with Durendal, she was the last descendant, and simply focused all of her efforts on her work as The Brown Knight of the Scouting division of the clan's Knightly Order.

Yasri is one of the oldest members of the Order and one of their best scouters not only for her incredible speed, but also for ability to trail after any query until the end. This skill is probably what kept her alive during the Shade's attack on the clan, which was definitely her hardest battle to date. She is also a clan messenger, a role she sometimes likes more than having to scout.

Many find her to be quiet and in some cases intimidating, but the friends she does have value her highly, like Clotho and Caleb. As a consequence she is mostly seen as a lone wolf of sorts, and until meeting Durendal, had yet to find a suitable mate. This didn't bother her, but the desire to continue on her family's line was still there in the back of her mind.

For her, meeting her mate was an odd instance of fate, what with his sudden arrival to the clan,
and the fact that unlike other dragons, he wasn't intimidated by her. He also did the right thing by taking his time to befriend her, which is how Yasri eventually found herself attracted to him. What with his intelligence, natural but polite curiosity for all things, and knack for finding beauty in the most unexpected of things is what drew her to him.

Now the two have had their first clutch of children together, and their son Caliburn has expressed interest in staying with the clan to Yasri's delight.
