Adare is, generally, a friendly dragon. He has a bubbly attitude and a curious mind, and is always up for a debate or discussion. He seeks out the plants and animals of the Viridian Labyrinth (and the rest of Sornieth, as well, but primarily that location) and collects and classifies them. His tent is filled to the brim with jars and nets and angry, caged beasts that he has captured throughout his travels. He has tried to communicate with the Beastclans to gain their knowledge of the world, but they don't take kindly to the fact he has many of their allies trapped in the back of his tent. He gets along wonderfully with near to all in the clan; except Rusty.

The violent tyrant has something against the larger, more heavily built dragon. Some speculate he reminds Rusty of a parent, or perhaps another guardian in the clan simply unnerves him. However, whispered far from the Huntress and Rusty's shared tent, it has been said that Rusty is jealous of the forest dwellers size and bulk. Despite his size, Adare is very much so a pacifist, and shows his submission to the smaller dragon by allowing him victory when they spar.

He collects few wounds that way, and Rusty is satisfied in knowing that despite his meager size, he is still the better dragon when it comes to close combat.

Oliver is Adare's mate, and they spend almost all their free time together. Though Oliver tends to be busy working on the walls surrounding the clan, and Adare is often out exploring and cataloging more for his book, they are often spotted just outside the clan walls, sharing a meal or simply cuddling and enjoying the sunlight.

Adare's charge, as far as anyone can tell, is his ever growing, expanding collection; or, perhaps, his handcrafted and written book on taxonomy.
