He was actually an infamous serial killer on Tixoi. Everyone presumes he died with the planet, and he was never really on their minds after the event anyways. He's sated himself with the native residents of planets they had been on previously, but now that they seem to have found a permanent home, he may once again turn to his own species to fulfill his urges...

this is all garbage i practically stole from dexter which had a terrible ending anyways. rewrites come on in. also LOL i remember buying this guy when i thought 40kt was a lot.
