Maelstrom is gloomy, but not as grumpy as his sister. He believes this to be his most admirable trait. He was a part of the Blessed Gems' Watch, and stands guard over the Outpost along with Andan.

RELATIONSHIPS He is very close with his sister, Cloudburst, although they often give the exact opposite impression.

BACKSTORY Maelstrom grew up in the Tangled Woods, in the Tempest clan, and was dedicated to their cause. He was part of the failed coup on the Tempest leaders, and was banished for it.
