Biography
Istari
Shardik, though surrounded by a number of other clans, is largely secluded and cut off from the rest of Sornieth. The dragons and centaurs of the clan largely keep to themselves and their own business. Thus the task of maintaining communication with the lands beyond falls to one drake in particular: Istari. As the clan's messenger he spends most of his time away from the lair and is often away from the Starfall Isles altogether. He prides himself on speed, stealth, and sense of direction. (Truth be told, however, his overly dramatic flair and bright attire do little to aid him in the way of stealth.) The nocturne has visited all eleven realms at least once. Given half a chance he is always more than happy to rest a moment and tell a few stories of the sights and places he has seen. In this sense he has found quite the kindred spirit in Arcenciel, the clan bard. On his long journeys away from home, his familiar, Bombadil the Cursed Bat, keeps him company.
