 Once when she was a hatchling, Juniper had a dream. A prophetic dream. And in this dream, she saw herself in a magical forest. She was surrounded by dozens of tree looking dragons just like her, all forming a happy family. Juniper had hached alone and had never known the love of a parent, so the dream had a deep impact on her, shaping her into the dragon she would grow to be.

As she grew, it became more and more clear the forest she had seen was none other than the mysterious Shrieking Wilds, ruled by the Gladekeeper. Once she had the chance, Juniper packed her meager posessions and began her journey towards her future. She encountered plenty of clans and dragons. Some became allies, some foes. She felt tired and sore, but nothing seemed to discourage her. She had a mission, and eventually ended up in the area she had dreamt of. But no dragons were there. She was completely alone.

Eventually word got to her about dragons born in different realms that looked like living trees. Those dragons weren't usually accepted by their clans, often being considered inferior or ill bred. Most of them, like her, ended up alone. Juniper conciously chose to leave the forest she had come to call home to help them. This pleased the Gladekeeper, and the Goddess gifted her with a new body more suited for a forest. Most of this dragons chose to go back home with her, and her dream family became to take shape.

But with many dragons, come many problems and soon someone was needed to make decisions. No one had doubts about who should occupy the role. Why, only the kindest, most compassionate yet determinate dragon should have that honor. Juniper became Leader. 		12529.png
