She failed. The thing within the chest broke free and she failed. Her body was left ravaged, and her life's work was ruined. But her brother fulfilled his one task in life. He saved her, as he always promised he would. Her charge now lies imprisoned in him, and she maintains her vigil. The mechanical prowess of Jiro and Scorch keeps her going as she continues to hold back the end. She is the ever silent and ever vigil guardian of this manor, and her brother is its prisoner.

Near the ruins, there is a pond. At the bottom, a sealed chest sits in the water. It has been there, untouched and unchanged, for a great many years. It is her duty to ensure the chest remains as is. She cannot let the contents of the chest escape. This is her charge, her purpose in life.
