The way her previous clan told it, Phoebe's egg had faded almost completely, prompting her parents to regretfully roll the dying egg out of their nest, when a bolt of lightning struck the egg. It began to glow and crackle once again, and Phoebe hatched at the same time as her other brood siblings. Like her parents, she had a vibrant teal coloring, but also a dark tertiary, like the color of her fading egg. [Literally all her sibs and her parents have pale tertiaries except her... coincidence? I THINK NOT]

Phoebe is bold and straightforward, not afraid to speak her mind. She can be rather impatient, especially when dealing with boring people. Authority figures tend to rub her scales the wrong way. She is never still, and prefers experimenting with things to planning them out. Sometimes, this ends with more than a few things on fire. She also keeps a lot of strange things in her pockets like socks, compasses, and instant ramen. They always come in handy eventually; especially the ramen.

Professionally (read: to keep her out of trouble), Phoebe helps protect the clan border with Anakin and Asajj. She's been known to gently fry intruders. Gently!
