Wick enjoys more than anything looking closely at things. Details are her favourite thing, the little patterns in nature or the little asymmetricalities in dragonmade materials. She writes them down, or scratches little diagrams with her claws in the dirt, and she is never afraid to press her nose right up against whatever she's looking at - whether that's a terrified bug or burning-cold ice. Look under your claws Look over your jaws! Twists and turns In the rocks and ferns. Keep an eye out Try your best not to shout And you'll see the little things: A moth's delicate brittle wings. Written by cinderrain --- Wick's curiosity and eye for details made her a fast friend of Chinadoll's when she came to Roots' Reaches. The pair are now mated, and Wick is one of the very few dragons that China trusts enough to leave his store in her care. Wick is also a major part of China's forgery schemes, as her attention to detail allows her to help him craft the finest antique forgeries in all of Sorneith. Though some may say this is an act bordering on criminal, Wick prefers to call her forgeries "art". While China's collecting habits tend to deal more with dragonmade items, Wick's collection consists mostly of natural curiosities. |
