18377732_350.png The Bellatores clan was not Boreas' first. His birthhome, and his clan both resided in the Sunbeam ruins. He was remarkably intelligent, and admired by his peers for his logic and clarity of thought. He learned the ways of the clans and flights, and after the histories he began to take an interest in law. The rules that govern the world took precedence to Boreas, no one was above the rules. There were no exceptions to the laws that govern both the beastclans and the flights of Sorienth. It was then that he became difficult to live with. His drive to uphold the law became unbearable, as he did not care for emotional responses and attachements. Within a year, he had been forced out, an outcast from the ruins.[font]
Having been forced from his old home, he wandered the Shifting Expanse, fighting for his own. He moved on, having found no home there. The Ashfall Wastes held no home for him, nor did the Windslept Plateau. But it was there that he heard of a small clan of dragons. A group that was duty bound, firm in it's resolve and ways. Boreas sought them out, travelling to the Frigid Floes. The first Bellattores dragon that he came upon was Artemis, an Imperial like him. His heart went out to her, and that puzzled him, for he had always been a dragon of law, not love. But these feelings, strong as they were, changed him. Now, the Lawmaker of the icebound Bellatores clan, Boreas is honorbound to his new brothers, and his new mate, and uses every waking moment to stabilize what he calls a ''tumultuous world.''
