退役杀手，沉默寡言。看起来就不好惹，仅凭一个眼神就能吓哭小孩的角色。
与大多数同行不同，他不注重速度上的修炼，而是贯彻隐匿-等待-一击必杀的战术。隐退之后作战方式反而更加凶悍，甚至背地里被人叫做“屠夫”。
很少摘下手套和狼皮头套。

多年前他曾是同名的杀手团体的统领，后来因为背叛等等耳熟能详的理由，成为了仅剩的一人。重伤之际被居住在雪山山洞中的女巫救治，与后者诞有三个儿子。
不久之后他和女巫就分开了，部分是因为担心儿子的教育问题，更主要的是对方把两个儿子都送到了她所谓的“圣地”的行为让他难以接受。
随后他带着年幼的二儿子居住在北方大陆的荒原，春天来临后料想到仇人将近而带着儿子前往中央大陆，顺带一了儿子“去南方”的心愿。仇家步步逼近之时恰逢翎火公爵在招兵买马，于是他趁此机会加入了翎火的麾下。
种种原因导致他在翎火家的朋友也不多，幻云算是最关系最好的一个。他让儿子跟随后者学习，但是看到儿子跟着老师成为了一名谦逊有礼的骑士而不是一名桀骜不驯的武士的时候，他心里其实哀叹过许多次教育失败。

现在因为儿子喜欢上了某个身份敏感的人物而更加烦心，连最喜欢的酒都不怎么喝了。
尽管儿子难得回一次家的时候他也不会说什么好话，可是儿子最喜欢吃的肉他每次都会准备。
