Representing a flight such as the plague is no easy task for Famine, he was a kind hearted soul who never wished harm on anyone; unlike the plague itself. He enjoyed spending his days wandering around the land discovering new types of creatures in the beast clans. Their history always intrigued him, granted he wasn't very welcome among them so getting to close was never an option. Not wanting to cause them any harm or cause an alarming amount of noise to where the beasts are attacked by his clan or worse, the unknown. So more often than not he studied from afar.

The oh so "special" power given to him at birth by his ancestor was that of acidic saliva. The acid was so potent that it could melt through solid steel if left there for to long. So you understand why he doesn't get to close to most other beings in fear of accidently dropping his deadly spit on them despite being able to control when it's acidic and when its just spit.
