Biography

Fisher

Ahava is quite an adventurous child, having wandered off at an extremely young age. His personality can be seen further down in his bio. Upon arriving at his birth clan, he decided to take up fishing, and his mate Dwaler took up surveying.

Mate- Dwaler

Uh-oh, looks like this sneaky snake wandered a little too far from his lair (180358, wolfcathybrid), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

When a dragon who had been traveling the thread passed through, Ahava took advantage of the opportunity and snuck into his belongings, and went to explore the world.

Upon being discovered, Ahava was scared that he would now have to travel alone! But the older dragon introduced him to another friend they met along the way. Dwaler would be his company now.
multilefaiye, 93505
Dwaler and Ahava found their way to the clan of Allixestr, located deep in the Tangled Wood. Both dragons felt right at home, and made easy friends with the dragons there. The leader even gave him some leather to wear, as a gift! However, they couldn't stay forever, and soon had to go on.
In a horrible, horrible chain of events, Ahava was separated from Dwaler, and found himself in an unfamiliar area. He wandered for weeks until he, once again, found himself in the Tangled Wood. Concerned, the clan of Allixestr took him in once more, and are struggling to help him find his companion.
After a few days, what Ahava had hoped wasn't true was confirmed. He and Dwaler were separated, likely to never find each other again. With a heavy heart, he decided to set out again, hoping against hope he could run into his dear friend on his travels once more.

Unfortunately he still had no luck, although this clan was friendly they were not what he was looking for, and had no new information to lead him to his friend.
Rustdover, 203363

A new clan, came and went. Again, there was no sign of Dwaler. The dragons there were polite, distant, but polite. It often left a sense of wariness around the small group of dragons that materialized as a uncomfortable silence. They would warmly answer questions but didn't extend the conversation past the first comfortable pause. Several of them promised to keep an eye out and tell Dwaler that Ahava was looking for him.

A babbling Nocturne hatchling explained in that warm childish way that young ones had, that the clan had recently moved from another place, with "lotsa bright shiny flashes and sand" to their present location. There was, as Ahava found out, also much disappointed to be had from not being allowed to play in the "bubbling holes." The morning of Ahava's departure, the hatchling gifted him a bangle he had found, with the promise to come back again some day.

Ahava's next stop was in the southern Icefields. The dragons were'nt willing to give away their information so easily, and Ahava had to wait out months of initiation trials before he got the slightest bit of info. Yet another clan without any news of Dwaler.

He departed soon after. The clan provided him with food and warmth for his journey, and he was off in search of his friend again.
wolfcathybrid, 180358
Ahava decided to visit his birthclan before he continued his search. He was given the chance to speak to his parents, whom he was never given the chance to explain himself to until this moment. He was also able to meet his brother Nikitt, who he had almost no memory of, and his nephew, who only recently became an adult and already had loving mates. His parents forgave him for wandering off, and he realize he had more in common with his brother than he thought he would. He was very tempted to stay, but then he remembered Dwaler and he realized he would not be able to rest until he found him.
