Captain Gensen was the proud owner of one of the finest ship on the see's, by the name of Leucothea. He had stopped his ship on the closest island for stocks, supplies and celebrations. His crew had retrieved an ancient treasure map and with the money from their latest find's, the Captain had invested in a bigger boat. Their sailings had went smoothly especially over the wavering see.

He had led his crew into town, giving them a decent amount of allowance for them to spend their nights at their stop by before they would spend months on the sea. Besides, it gave him some time to be by himself to plan out their journey and supplies. He trusted one of his newer recruits, Tom to handle the boat for the night. The lad had denied the night out and instead offered to look over the ship. Year's before he would've denied the request but knowing Tom, he had changed his mind.

The kid was loyal to them, and since he wanted to buy more supplies, he had let the kid do whatever he wanted.

"You're right you aren't. But that's all about to change." he said after a moment of silence. He gave her a mischievous grin as he looked down at her. It was a pathetic sight he had to admit, but that made it all the better."I wouldn't say rats completely... more resourceful than so and that kind of skill is useful nowadays..." he trailed off.

He kept his hand steady as she stepped forward. the end of the gun was just pressed against her forehead. "Gladly." He said though had other plans. Instead, he moved to strike her with force against her head as he made a motion to bring the gun down closer to her neck. Feigning a shot, he hit the bottom of her chin upwards in a makeshift uppercut. Tom was not done playing with her. Especially after she had given him a challenge on the Captains ship.

The aim was to knock her out. or at least stun her so that he could apprehend her properly. Besides, he noticed her eyes. She wasn't ready to die yet. This girl...wanted a show. And he'd give her one. Moving to stick his leg behind her, he tried to trip her back onto the wooden floor.
