Chroma, the Seer

We weep for a bird's cry, but not for a fish's blood. Blessed are those with a voice.

Born robbed of her eyesight, Chroma knew only darkness. Shamed for her souless dead eyes, she was ordered to keep them hidden under a blindfold - her family had standards. The rest of her story is a mystery, known only to Hilde. Chroma refuses to speak any more of it. "The past is dead and gone, only kept alive by memories and those who tell."

She now serves as the Den's High Seer. Chroma possess incredible power, allowing her to to "see" auras. Every living thing has it's own aura emitting within itself; it's life-force and will. According to her, these auras have individual colors - usually contorting itself to the shape to which it belongs, like water. Chroma is able to interact with these auras by touch and by doing so, can see the past, future and fate of that specific being. It is however, an exhausting experience.

Most are off put once known to her power, which she understands. To remedy this she uses wraps to act as a barrier, so she may touch without "seeing". She is soft-spoken, courteous and very intelligent.
One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.
