Biography

"I was born in the lands of light, but my path did not let me stay there long. At a very young age I decided to roam and see the world and all it has to offer." the young hatchling roamed very far indeed as he found his way to the land of Shadows.

He was welcomed to the darkened swamps as though he belonged here. As he looked around he noticed all the different dragons and saw that his darker fur colors were more at home in these new lands.

After a month or two he longed for a home to call his own. One day as he was feeding on his favorite mushrooms he stumbled upon a bright azure Wildclaw sitting at the edge of a pond humming a tune. As the tundra watched the other dragon he saw something moving below the waters surface. It was a large reptile that he didn't recognize, and he panicked in fear for the wildclaws life. However before he could react the creature lunged out of the water. The young tundra closed his eyes not wanting to see the carnage that was about to happen.

He waited for the other dragon to cry out in pain, but he heard nothing but a small cracking sound. He looked over and saw that the blue dragon was releasing his bite from the creatures neck. "Well come out you have been here breathing heavily for awhile. Made it hard to focus on my prey, but I still got him in the end." he said laughing gently with a bit of pride ringing true as well.

"Who are you?" he asked the blue dragon carefully.

"Hmm...oh that is a very good question. However it is quite rude to ask anothers name before declaring your own. Some might wonder where your manners are, and yet I am not one of those who dance around the fancy curtails of etiquette. Let me start over young one. I am Smitticus leader of Clan Smitty. Oh and for the love of the shadows call me Smitty cant stand my full name. Far to much of a mouthful To be honest." he rambled off quickly while watching the younger dragon.

"Umm...I don't have a name Smitty to offer you." he said simply

"What? No Name well that won't do at all! Hmm let me think. Blackie! No who wants to be named after a color? How about Shroomkiller?" The tundra shook his head quickly. "Oh well I thought it was rather nice. How about I think about it more as we go back to my home eh? Plenty of room and always looking for a new face to add a little spice here and there."

The tundra followed him home and over the years Smitty taught him many things and passed on his wisdom and knowledge. From hunting and tracking to philosophy and art. Many years passed for the clan. Sadly as time went by Smitty got weaker and slept more. One night he called his dear friend to the pond they met at. The tundra came worried about him being alone here for too long.

"Hello my young friend," he said softly "Such a lovely night to be alive. I do have a small favor to ask of you. I have taught you all I know and I ask you to do the same to those who follow me. I offer you something in exchange. I offer you a name and title to pass on to one you deem worthy. My friend you finally after all these years have a name worthy of you. My dear Tribunal please keep the clan safe and prosperous."

"Of course my old friend." Tribunal said crying softly as he felt his friend and master slip into the Shadowmother's embrace for the last time.

Tribunal has seen the rise and fall of many leaders. From the hot headed youths to the peaceful giants. He helped guide and shape the clan and it's leader as Smitty asked him all those years ago. Every time the leader position was open he never went for it and instead tested the applicants. Some wonder why he himself has not rose to claim leadership.

"I am not meant to lead but guide those who do lead our family." he always replied.
