_{Founder of the clan and responsible for all they have been through, Kaveh is not the most joyous of dragons. The clan started under his control as a small, ragged group of dragons with nowhere else to go and not even a shallow cave to call home. They wandered the Ashfall Waste for some time, struggling just to feed themselves and find a safe place for the night. His mate at the time, Sangria, was a solid and reliable presence at his side.

Ever a quiet dragon, Kaveh nevertheless demanded respect from those who followed him. Day in and day out he found them food, shelter, and water. When he made the decision to leave the Waste behind them in search of more bearable territory, the small band followed him without complaint. And when they happened across the loud Indra--she was impossible to miss, with the fuss she made--Kaveh found in her, at the very least, a physically pleasing companion. It helped that he and Sangria had grown apart and that she had found another to suit her, so there was no ill will.

Kaveh and Indra eventually lead the growing clan to a safe spot to call home, and there have focused on creating a permanent residence for those who follow them. Kaveh has changed little over the years: he is still the same quiet but stern dragon, who demands respect and gives it in return. He will fight and work beside those in the clan, showing that he is indeed just another one of them. He keeps the peace between the other dragons who have come to their clan, and is one of the first to aid in hunting when supplies are short.

He has little patience for the socializing Indra so loves, but he is the opposite of her in intelligence. Likewise, he is strong where she is weak physically. He does what he can to protect his clan, and has the scars to show for it.}

_{Kaveh is mated to Indra, who came into his life quite unexpectedly and turned the clan on its head for the better. Despite their vast differences, he does care greatly for her.

As far as best friends go, Kaveh would name his former mate Sangria. The original Matriarch of the clan, she has been present for much of their struggles, and remains a valued advisor to this day.}
