Like his name suggests, he's a ghost, a phantom in the dark heart of the organization. No one has really met him in person, but he's always there, always watching. Some rumors him to be a lost soul with unfinished business or a spy of an unknown force. Or perhaps, he's something in the middle. He dusts the statue that's placed at the corridor, it's his favourite out of all the sculptures of himself. The artist manages to capture his beauty so well in this piece.

Phantasma drew my gaze immediately, even though Imperials were never really on my favourites list. His apparel is wonderfully put together and the layering is excellent. Not only that, he is rocking Crackle and I must appreciate handsome crackle dragons when I come across these rarities. Speckle and Freckle too, make that three unpopular genes on one dragon and oh boy does he wear it well. Love the mixing and matching of the apparel sets.
