Ramaria's role in the clan is the assistant surgeon, despite looking the type to despise getting her claws dirty, she can be found operating on a dragon with a far more delicate touch than Felix. Serenity is not fond of the physical aspects behind severe ailment, and so is called in when everything is set in place to make sure everything stays together with magic.

She travels all over the world to assist dragons with delicate surgery, along with preaching her message from the Plaguebringer. She will only save someone if she deems them worthy. If she believes their time has come, then she will not assist in their recovery. The weak must make way for the strong and not hinder them with illness that they cannot thrive under.

This sounds harsh, but Plague has long passed down the belief that if one cannot survive and thrive under any condition - then the strong will , or rather should - step over them to live. The reason she helps with surgery -is because even the strong need assistance and perhaps they can get stronger from the experience, as well as wiser. But if her surgery leads to a lower quality of life, she see's little point in performing it and wasting her time.
