Themis is usually very quiet until he is asked something, usually he is drawing the creatures and figures he sees in the stars above and is very quiet until approached. After a question is asked he will tend to ramble on for a very long time, often not stopping even when the other dragon leaves. He'll carry on talking to himself in his quiet voice until he is done, believing the question itself to be more important than the one who asked it.

He tends to his shrine to the Arcanist, covering it with silks that reflect the beautiful stars above, and making it beautifully neat in order for it to be a easy to pray at, whoever should wish to. The walls nearby are engraved with his favourite constellations, reminding him of the skies even in the underground.

He is often called onto the Bleurose ship to guide the crew through the starry nights, as only he can accurately navigate them back using the stars above.
