"Welcome to the Risensung Library, honoured guest. Are you here to borrow a book? Make a donation? Or perhaps... you wish to test your luck?"

Tenhou occupies the role of head librarian at the Risensung Library, using the same luck that led to his birth to preserve countless books so that they can be read with love for generations to come.

Tenhou's birth is regarded by clan elders to be nothing short of miraculous. His parents had visited multiple scryers and consulted with them about their potential progeny, but not a single one could ever predict a hatchling with Glimmer, or an Imperial... yet when Tenhou's egg hatched, everyone was shocked to see that he had both come out an Imperial and with Glimmer.

Tenhou's luck would continue to make itself known as he found his place in the clan. He would always find small things that other dragons were looking for, fragile objects that were dropped near him would either take the softest route to the ground or simply survive the fall with nary the faintest scratch. Eventually he found his main purpose of maintaining the collection of books the clan had kept, and with his luck continuing to serve him well, the library's shelves swelled and multiplied under his care.

While most would envy Tenhou's extreme luck, he felt deep down that his luck would fail him on something important to him. When he heard a shout from the nests that one of the eggs between him and his mate, Yahitun, had begun to hatch early, he knew it was going to fail him on the birth of his children.

Four eggs were originally in the clutch, yet three of them were lost in the first few days of incubation. The final egg hatched early, blessing the couple with their first daughter, yet the early hatch would leave her weakened compared to the rest of the clan. This has made him fiercely protective and doting toward his daughter, and despite preferring peace among his books, he will gladly bring the worst ferocity an Imperial is capable of to bear should she face harm. He will not give luck a second chance.

Mainly found at the front desk of the library, but also retreats to his office for long afternoon naps if the weather is warm enough. Since Rin started helping at the library, he has also found the time to assist Yahitun with her gardening again. The flower crown adorning his head, and the seemingly-endless shower of silver petals, were gifts from Yahitun upon confirming their mateship, and since then he has never been seen without them.
