Devotion, as her name suggests, is a champion of deep love and loyal commitment. This is why she’s the perfect matchmaker for her clan. She can tell whether or not a dragon will be true to the one they wish to mate with. She’s passionate, discrete, and brutally honest. If anyone dares to argue with her findings, she’ll curse their future relationships till the end of time (or until she receives a sufficient apology). She longs for a mate of her own and pines after the dragons she falls in love with. Some day, the matchmaker will meet her match. She simply must wait until her other half arrives.

As well as being an excellent matchmaker, this well-learned dragon is a promising scholar, drawing her power and knowledge from the depths of the sea. She pores over all sorts of books that reveal any secrets hidden beneath the waves. She’s particularly interested in tales of buried treasure, and constantly takes diving trips to see if the legends in her favorite lore tomes are true. She must put her passionate energy towards something otherwise she’ll explode from the emotions coursing through her like a thrashing current. The tide has the potential to consume her, but Devotion has a decent handle on the way she feels. She’d never allow herself to drown.
