This handsome man found himself a love and a career all at once! it was a bump and a bang and he was in love with the perfect hot tempered girl. She was magical but she wasn't having it. He tried to woe her with flowers, sweets, jewelry. He even carved out a lair while she told him what and how she wanted it done. Don't worry this was only his first love and he soon realized that he was getting no where in his quest for his one true love and partner! So like any sensible Coatl he resigned himself to opening a Love Matching service for dragons such as himself!
As time went by he found match after match after match. He was so good that dragons from every flight would spend months just to visit him for one day before flying back with their perfect mate dancing by their side. Poor Eros was alone, with no snugglefoof of his own, he had finally decided to give up and close shope when one final voice drifted sweetly on the wind,
"Is this the Love Lair of Eros?" he spun in disbelief as the creature that strode into the room stepped into the beam of light. She was perfect everything about her was simply amazing! He swallowed and managed a meager and laughable hello. They went to his work lair and began his regular line of questions about what she was looking for and if she had had any luck in the past. He was astonished to find that the beautiful coatl girl that preened in front of him had led a life very similar to his own. Her eyes glittered in the dim pink light of the room and his heart skipped a beat. She ruffled her feathers and looked away quickly shy at first about the sudden and passionate look the two shared, "I-I don't suppose you would have anyone in mind for me?" he nodded but felt a little odd as he blurted out that she was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen, his heart sank when she looked at him with the look he had seen many times before a hard cold cynical look that softened and turned into a giggle? She laughed fully and said she would give him a chance because maybe two love guru's could be right for each other. His stomach filled with butterflies and he invited her to come over for dinner that night he also told her were there was a beautiful lair that she could stay in free of charge. She happily agreed and flitted from the room.

Eros paced in the dinning hall of his giant lair. He had amassed quite the wealth from his trade and dragons often gave him more than he thought fair. He had had workers excavate the site and found that most of the lair had been and some part were still being used by a Giant guardian named Rhea. When they stumbled into her chambers the roar that echoed through the halls sounded more like the world erupting around them than a dragon roaring in rage. All was worked out with Rhea though. He helped keep the elaborate lair clean and in return he got to keep the far end of the lair that he had been using.

A small tap wrenched his mind from the past and in swept the most lovely coatl known to dragon kind. Her beautiful white gems sparkled in the moonlit cavern and her shimmering wings had him lost in a fantasy world. They dined and talked and laughed together finding love had been easier than they both thought all along. The courtship still to this day is passionate and heart stopping, both going to the extremes to prove their love and surprise the other with wondrous trinkets and bobbles~
