Caecilius is the first son and second child of Erebus. Much to his dismay, Caecilius was born blind and will be blind all his life.

After his birth, Erebus fell into a great depression. How could he be the father of a dragon with such a severe flaw? Caecilius could never be a strong warrior now.

However, even though he is still young, Caecilius has proved his father wrong. He is blind, and in an odd way, this seems to give him an advantage the other dragons do not have. His other senses are greatly heightened, and has superior hearing and sense of smell even greater than that of the tundras. He can feel when other dragons are approaching through vibrations in the ground and can even tell which dragon is coming by how heavy they are. He already shows a great interest in magic and casting. Even if he cannot see it, Caecilius does not need to see magic to understand it and know how to weave it. He can feel it's energy pulsating around him constantly.

Somehow, even with his blindness, he is one of the best warriors in the clan. Rather than fighting with tooth and claw like most mirrors, he is strictly a caster.
