Spectre is one of only two knights that are part of the Alabaster Order. She is a quiet and strong presence, perfectly comfortable to be in company without speaking. She would much rather listen than talk, but her time in the Windswept Plateau has rubbed off on her and if prompted she can get quite carried away at times. The thing she treasures most from her travels is the mate she found, a shy Banescale by the name of Cirrien.

She is also among very few dragons that was hatched in the Order, though when she first emerged from her egg it wasn't called that. It was before they left the sea for the first time, before the Great Plague tore Ihsan's clan apart, before everyone knew little other than tragedy. She trained with Ihsan's talented warriors, and once she was strong enough left to train others, teach them what she had been taught.

She joined a clan in the Windswept Plateau for a long time, even recognising one or two of the members of that clan from the sea. She was happy there, being helpful and having her place. She had no idea things would change so terribly for her birth clan while she was gone. Early one evening as she returned from training, an exhausted Banescale all but crash-landed in front of her. His red eyes spoke of where he had come from, but not why he was there.

By the time Cirrien was well enough to speak, he told Spectre of the great tragedy he had witnessed. Dozens of bodies dotting a path to the Tangled Wood, warriors and gatherers alike felled by some virulent disease. Spectre's father had been among them. It was then that Spectre returned to what was left of the clan of her birth. Ihsan welcomed her back and appreciated her aid, and she has been training the new knights of the Order ever since.
