Clan Prince.
The new prince of Clan Aether, whose gilded scales shine as brilliantly as those of his predecessor, Midas the Elder. The elder Midas took the boy in and immediately took a liking to him, naming him his successor as the protector and prince of the clan.
He is still new to his position, but has been superbly groomed for the task. Midas the Elder acts as his Advisor, while Aegis, his right-hand dragon, acts as his general.
Long live the prince!
Midas the Elder has retired from his position of Clan Prince and handed his crown down to his successor, Midas the Younger.
This charmer loves watching the sun glitter off of his own claws. He's always been startlingly fast and graceful, even as a baby. His clanmates can't help but chuckle when they see him practice his prancing, though. Much cooed over as a babe for his shining looks, he has a streak of vanity to match his proud step.
To no one's surprise, he is meticulously accumulating a sparkling hoard of glittering things. To everyone's surprise, this windswept desert princeling is gentle and tender to the very smallest of creatures that cross his path. His clan wonders whether he will wind up warding a gem mine or a sakura owlet, but no one doubts that he will ward his charge with style.
