The Glowing Girl

Bio: Having inherited a natural curiosity and love of science from her parents and older sister, Radioactive took to alchemy like a Fae to magic. A mishap when she was just a wee hatchling ended up with her falling into Baldwin's cauldron when she wandered away from her absent-minded father (who was haggling with Crim). The then-pearlcatcher fished her out, and to his relief she was none the worse for wear. In fact, she'd seemed to quite enjoy the experience. In order to stop her from jumping into the cauldron again, Baldwin attempted to explain alchemy to her. Radioactive listened intently, and from then on she visited him as often as she could.

Her dive into the cauldron had resulted in some odd side effects, however. Her markings actually glow in the dark! Radioactive finds this cool, as it means she never has to worry about candles or lanterns when studying late into the night. She also coughed up glowing slime for a few weeks afterward, which was a bit less fun (though still cool, in her book). Luckily, this side effect soon faded, but Datalore did make sure Keen was never on hatchling-watching duty by himself following the incident. 		Jar of Slime
