She suffers from severe shyness, to the point of being incapable of maintaining eye contact or long conversations without becoming exhausted. Nonetheless, her personality is usually pleasant, even a bit perky.

Being the daughter of Mistress and Abel, she has inherited her mother's talent for magic. Though much of her magic is derived from witchcraft, understanding and sense. This makes her invaluable to a clan, she is capable of concocting potions and remedies. She is also capable of gardening and basic cooking. Her main focus is to help others, and most of her non-work-related activities are dedicated to this goal.

As is often the case of members leaving the clan, Curana is damaged. Her left wing is damaged beyond repair, and will not reform even if she were to return to her bestial form. Her wing was lost at the same time as her
twin's was, a week after they both left their clan.

After a long and treacherous journey, Curana has found herself in the care of the Diadem Caverns, a clan made of the lost and broken. Finding solace with the resident healer Dawnshred and his half-brother Duskwing, she appears to be settled for life in her new home and is expecting a clutch of hatchlings. Her hobbies now include helping and learning about marine life.
