Notes:
  • Enchants his pieces by embedding flowers into them. There's more to the process, but he's jealously guarding those secrets.
  • His enchantments can be everything from the purely frivolous (set the gems to sparkling more than is natural to draw the eye), to the practical (protecting his works from wear and tear and keeping them perpetually polished), to the martial (armour charms set into superficially fragile lattices) and even the dangerous (jewellery cursed to never break or be moved that burns liars and criminals).
  • In love with Nenna and very obviously pining after her. She's one of the few that doesn't know (she thinks he's just a nice and thoughtful friend).
  • Arn is chill with this - if he can make her notice him, he wouldn't mind sharing with one more (also wants an ally in talking sense into her)
  • Astrith is not chill with this and thinks Varvithr is "trying to steal Nenna away". Has started a low-key secret war with him over this.
  • Gifts Nenna all kinds of thoughtful jewellery and (not so) secret-admirer poems and letters and finds ways to spend more time with her.
  • Is completely okay with the fact that she is already in a relationship with Arn and Astrith.
  • Helps the smiths and other clothing/armourers in the Clan place enchantments on their things.
  • Varvithr's mane means "vigilant woods" or "protective woods".
