Born in the highest reaches of the Cloudscrape Crags, the little Nocturne learned quickly that it was best to remain silent if one didn't wish to attract unwanted attention. The world was a cold snow-covered place that left even the most nocturnal blinded, and she was no exception. Trained to listen more than to speak, she grew listening to the sound of snow and memorizing the way wing patterns and foot-fall echoed around the mountains of her home.
For a time, it seemed that she might remain at home leading those who might attempt to breech her family-clan's borders away with a small bob of the lantern she carried. To those who were friendly, she was a beacon of hope and a way to find the shelter of the clan's home. One night though, she went too far in leading a potential thread to their doom, and strayed too far. Lost, she began to rely on the internal compass that all dragons have, following it back towards the ancestral home in the heart of the Tangled Wood. It would be during this journey that she would encounter Wisp, a tundra with a similar perchance as hers to leading those who strayed too close to their doom. Realizing they had much in common, a truce was made between the two and he lead her instead towards his home with the Passus Canorous. In the nights that followed, the pair grew close becoming nearly inseparable in their task to protect the clan. Now they enjoy leading thieves and passerby away from the clan if they deem them unworthy of joining the players of the troupe. Not all of their methods are as friendly as simply getting the unfortunate souls however, and sometimes things are simply necessary.
