This is Maurice, Greebo's conjoined-at-the-body twin and the result of a semi-successful, ethically ambiguous egg splicing experiment. Born and raised Arcane, the brothers have an insatiable curiosity for science; Maurice in particular has a fondness for studying and... "perfecting" mutations caused by magic exposure.

The head of the team that created them had no hatchlings of his own, and considered the brothers his crowning achievement and his true heirs. He left the brothers his most precious possessions in his will. When he eventually passed, they inherited his private laboratory, his equipment, his research, his vault, and the small island off the coast of the Eastern Plateau it was all built on.
