Backstory
Felspar and his sister Kachina were born to Clan Lunakiri, but they spent a great deal of time at the marketplace. As hatchlings, Felspar and Kachina perfected the fine arts of stealth and thievery. One of them would distract a dragon, a feat usually aided by their cuteness, and the other would quietly steal a few items. They never stole anything much: a few coins here, a piece of fruit or an insect there. They subsisted on these items during the day, and returned home at night to sleep with their clan. Felspar was fiercely devoted to his sister, always looking out for her and trying to keep her safe. With the coins they stole, he would buy some trinket for her to play with, or something delicious for her to eat. The clan they came from was a large and steadily growing one, always looking for new homes for young hatchlings. Thus, sometime in winter, the clan began to search for a new home for Felspar and Kachina. They found one in Clan Phantom, who were overjoyed to accept the brother and sister into their home. Felspar was initially wary, but once he saw how friendly they were, and how happy Kachina was, he opened up. The siblings are happy in their new home, and they share a hollow with Specter and Selvans.
Personality
Felspar is a clever, wily dragon, but he loves his sister dearly and would do anything for her. He is humorous and charismatic, always making his sister laugh. He still uses his thieving skills, but in a different, more playful way. He and Kachina will steal something from one of their clanmates, but they return it as soon as they have gotten away with it. It has become a sort of game they play with their clanmates, and the other dragons must be ever watchful around the twosome.
