Fable is still searching for who she is and what her purpose should be. She has grown up hearing tales about her parents and the Shadows that hunt her and her family. A wary individual, Fable is slow to trust, but once that trust is earned she will defend it with unwavering loyalty. She dreams of the day when she can finally meet her parents that she has heard so much about.

I recall my parents only briefly, but the few memories I have of them are warm and fond. The dragons of this clan raised me, and here I have found a home. My mother lived among these dragons for a time, training and learning, becoming strong. I have been told the stories of those who would hunt her. It is unknown if the hunters from the shadowlands are out for her and her alone, or if they also seek her kin. Although my father has never met this clan, they speak highly of him. My mother, the Wandering Princess, Exalting, told many stories to this clan of his bravery and loyalty, and they have passed these stories to me.
It is strange really. I feel as though I know my mother and father, but everything I know of them has been second hand; passed along the lips of dragonkind, and down to me. I live for their stories, the tales of their travels, the wonderful things they've seen and learned. It is still sad though, to know they share a love so deep, yet are surely apart. There is always the hope however, that with the rising of the the next sun that they will be reunited. That we will be reunited.
I have kin, scattered across the green places, waiting for the rally call to defend our family. There are many walks of life and many clans represented through my lineage- yet I am alone. I will work hard to be as strong and graceful as my mother, as brave and fierce as my father, and as just and kind as the clan that has raised me among them.
When asked what I should be called, I had no answer, so I gave none. There was a time when I was simply known as Exalting's kin. But growing up in the wilds, being truly of the green places, and feeling a profound sense of peace among the trees, I learned. I listened. I remembered.
I love the stories of my family, and I relish any news of them from the outer clans. It was in these moments I wondered, do they hear stories of me? Do they miss me? Do they wonder where I am? Do they wonder how I am? Or to them am I just a story too?
It was then that I decided. You can call me Fable.
