Neurosurgeon?
Neuro used to be a chemist, but he recently changed his profession (and name). No one really knows why he's a neurosurgeon all of a sudden, but everyone knows something about him is different. The live familiars he "takes to Baldwin" no longer come back with merely a scale or snippet of fur missing - some observant clan members have spotted long stitches on their heads and down the backs of their necks. Additionally, their behavior is usually rather strange, but no one has any idea why.
If a dragon were to get a lucky (and rather risky) glimpse inside the lab, they would see not only a rather out-of-place looking operating table, but quite a few mechanical parts scattered around - tiny things for the most part, but most notably, robotic limbs of various shapes and sizes. That sort of thing isn't supposed to be in the chemistry lab, and yet, Elektra has been spotted going in there.
Oh well. It was about time to hire more chemists, anyway.
