From birth many saw her as girly, cute, and innocent. But her spines would tell otherwise. The spines that form on her body are the most sharp of their kind. Anyone who got close to her would always get hurt. People began to isolate her, and in her loneliness she began to wallow. Val's wallowing caught the attention of the shade. It did not take long before they began to corrupt her mind and soul. The twisted words of the shade would fester inside of her, until she finally snapped.
VliegenVal (Val) is named after the Dutch word for flytrap. Her pink colors and sweet act fools many, but her heart is as icy as the tundra she hails from. Val has a very deceptive and sneaky disposition, which has harmed previous clanmates.
When she heard of the wealth, prosperity, and innocence of October's clan, she had to go and cause chaos (which is the Shade's will). During her travels she crossed through the Hewn City, where she was officially touched by the shade. She can hide the black oozing from her skin, but not everyone is fooled by her disguise...
