Diligence

The 13th day of Arcanist's month is held to be of great cosmic significance at the Intersection of Points. To be born on that day in that place is said to be very, very lucky.

Unique among the founders' children, this lucky one wanted to experiment with the strange mysteries of the Scatterscroll. But she waited, waited, bided her time. It was rumoured the gods would send magics amongst their children soon, blessing them with new colours.

She wanted them.

She is close to her nephew Bak'laag and helps him watch over his Charge, the ever-shifting group of dragons he takes under his wing, names, and sends along their way when the time is right. She wonders if he has a name for her - she pledged as a newly-grown adult to only take one when the Scatterscrolls had worked their magic on her.

And work their magic they did: Lightweaver blessed her with three brand new colours on the first try. She took a look at herself, pleased, and sought out her nephew for a name.

She appears to have inherited a touch of nearsightedness from her mother.
