Yumi's role in the clan has been described as "the resident ray of sunshine" on more than one occasion. She's quirky, energetic, and friendly, and she always knows exactly what to say to cheer her clanmates up. Her spunky attitude and courageous disposition earned her a place in everyone's hearts from day one--not even the grumpiest dragons could resist her many charms.
Unfortunately, she's a bit of a klutz, so doing any real work can be a hassle for her. Yumi tries her best to help just about everyone, whether she's organizing paperwork or preparing ingredients in the kitchen. She's all over the place, because she's just not sure where she belongs. At the moment, she's in an occupational purgatory, unsure of herself, where her talents lie, and what she might be able to offer to the clan that took her in and welcomed her so warmly.
But her superiors have high hopes for her and offer her frequent encouragement, so she's vowed to never give up.
