The other clan alchemist, with a preference for they/them.
Rowan doesn't quite have their mate Verbena's talent for alchemical recipes- instead, they specialize in the reduction of materials and figuring out what to do with the concoctions after they have been made. In this sense, Rowan often serves as the clan's field medic, as clashes with the Merin and their poisoned blood are unavoidable when living in the Fishspine Reef.
Rowan is very kind and patient, which greatly makes up for any times they accidentally forget the names of their clanmates. They often carry small gifts with them, to offer in apology if they do offend someone.
