friends: cherry, dusk and many others. mist has looked after many of the dragons in the clan from birth.

______ The appointed guardian of the clan's hatchery and all of the hatchlings too young to fend for themselves, Mist can often be found napping in the warm rays of sunlight near the frigid hatchery, never daring to stray too far from the unborn dragons. An amiable and jovial dragon, Mist sometimes serves more as an entertainer for the hatchlings than a guardian, playing games with them to keep them occupied and out of harm's way. They like to hide around his wings and sleep in the fur along his back, and sometimes Mist can even forget he has a hatchling or two clinging to him when he moves around.

______ Despite his mellow nature, Mist shows no mercy to any stragglers or scavengers who set foot near the nesting grounds or attempt to lay a claw upon the eggs, and the rotting bodies and skeletons of those who dared can be found surrounding the nests as both a deterrent and something for the young hatchlings to gnaw on.

______Mist is deeply taken with his mate, Eluvial, who brought him to Clan Amaranth.
