Melchizedek is a very slight but lithe Wildclaw with a rather boasting wingspan. He is very plain-looking at a first glance, given that he is wrapped in white linen from nose to tail, but tattoos of cactus flowers over the vental sides of his wings say otherwise. They seamlessly blend from the color of his hide onto the dark part of where his body meets his wings, and wisps of fog and fireflies trail all the way up to his wingtips. His clawtips have been dipped in burnished gold. He is a soft speaker, smiling warmly and often, and remarkably clean. He commonly reeks of incense, as he routinely burns sticks of them by his nest. His Runebead Necklace is personally made and carved by Gimilu as a gift of courtship.

If Melchizedek could be described in word, he would be humble. Despite attempting to decipher the unknown and how difficult of a task it is, he does not come across as the type of dragon to be associated with a soothsayer. In fact, he is an optimist, and is proud to call himself one. As for his occupation, he does not assign prices to his foretelling sessions, as he does not believe that it is something a dragon must pay to know. Any gifts he receives are treasured and kept with him. The difference between himself and Gimilu is that he is able to predict happenings on a grater scope, as opposed to focusing on a specific individual. He has expertise in pointing out how prosperous a Clan will become, natural disasters, and omens pinned down on a specific lair, but it mainly depends on what his patients are seeking. Given that Gimilu is much more prepared to give out "doomsday" readings, he is seen with her during public sessions in order to mellow hers over and point dragons towards a brighter future.
