Macrophylla

Macrophylla grew up in the Starwood Strand with his parents Solar and Velvet, a lucky birth as neither Solar nor Velvet stood by the traditional Coatl views concerning plumage coloring. No, in fact, Macrophylla learned to love his glittering hide and shimmering white plumage. Some of his former clan might even have called him vain. For a time in his hatchling hood, he even claimed to have not been born from an egg, but instead a grand meteor that the Arcanist themself breathed life into.

Since then he has grown much more mature, especially after his adoptive sibling Swietenia remarked that the breath the Arcanist must have used surly would have been a belch.

Macrophylla would be a grand shaping force in Swietenia's life. The two, twins from different flights, came together like a masterwork spell. They spent almost all of their time together, singing and causing Velvet and Solar no end of trouble.

Swietenia would never fully recover from the trauma of their first few weeks of life, but having the living mirror of Macrophylla beside them helped bring the younger coatl out of their shell.

Eventually, once they had grown to adult, competent [strike]at least in Swietenia's case[/strike] dragons, the two siblings decided to venture forth and find their true place in this world. Macrophylla going to discover and feed his epicurial nature, Swietenia going to look for a solace that may never be fully grasped.

Eventually the two would wander into the Tsunami Flats and discover a Water Clan that welcomed them with open wings
