Originally Crunchberry was a subsistence hunter for the Shielders, but after they settled in the stone city, she found that job didn’t have much of a call for it aside from the occasional monster killing, or purely for sport.

Crunchberry is high strung, aggressive, and has the near boundless energy of a traditional mirror, and thus Walter had to find something for her to do lest she begin tearing things apart like a bored housecat. She now works as the Stone Court’s page, message runner and a guide for those travelling. If you give her a note to give to someone, it’ll doubtless get there in record time (the residents in her way, however, might have something to say about it). She also helps with clearing out various beasts when needed and is an excellent tracker.

Despite her complaining, Crunch enjoys her work and is quite loyal. It isn’t recommended that you attempt to wrest a piece of correspondence from her claws.

She's not easily swayed or frightened, and could become an excellent soldier were she somewhere different. As it stands Crunch is an outlier- one that can come out of nowhere in defense of those she cares for, or one that disappears without notice because she got bored and wanted to track down a beastclan pack.

Crunch likes attempting to track Crow and figure out a way to find him through the shadows. She hasn’t yet figured out a tell, but Crow does enjoy the occasional game of hide and seek they play.

She doesn’t tell him that she used to do the same thing with someone else.

-Occasionally screams Hemwick's "WITNESS ME" when doing something real dumb
-Can track pretty much anything so long as she gets the scent for it
-An excellent wasteland survivor, nearly as good as Peoria, thus Ade doesn't really worry when Crunch is delivering notes to places outside the city
-Has almost no patience or manners. Like Sparks this is because she has too much energy.
