Asane

Asane is the daughter of two powerful light dragons, and has always felt the pressure to live up to their standards. She longed to please them, but eventually grew weary of their constant demands and one day she snapped. She'd had enough. Taking only what she could carry, she left her birth clan. She wanted to make her own destiny and go far away, where nobody could compare her to her parents. The night she left, however, a freak snowstorm hit, and she was caught off guard. She was flung out of the air and became badly injured. She lay there for days, too weak to shake the snow off herself. She grew hungry. Just when she had accepted her fate, she was discovered by a pack of wolves. This pack had a great respect for dragons, and the didn't have the heart to leave the poor soul there to die, so they dug her out, fed her some of their catch, and the pack healer nursed her back to health. She lived with the wolf pack for months, roaming around and helping them hunt until she found a clan that finally felt like home. With great sadness, she left the pack.

Because of the way they saved her life, she has always had a great affinity with wolves, and she began to dress herself like one, to remember the part they played in teaching her who she was and as a thank you for leading her to a clan that finally felt like home.
