It was just another day for Sacridite hunting. Checking her notes; a lean, midnight female Wildclaw moved out of some shrubbery in the Shrieking Wilds and sized up the large crystaline structure that stood before her. Taking out her forgetools, she was about to start chipping away at the growth when something darted into her vision from one side.
Fluttering about, a pair of fae chittered and tapped the Wildclaw Morrigan on the shoulder. They poked at her till she turned her larger head in their direction, nodding at their presence. Their eager eyes blinked at the female, fluttering their frills at her, awaiting her response to them appearing.
Even though she didn't understand their monotone chirps towards her, this wasn't the first time they had come about. Being scouts for the Clan of Demos, and helping their leader on his crusade of spreading joy across Sornieth. They had been given a task, and where going about their designated job.
Making grabby hands at the Wildclaw, she sighed at their eagerness but as glad that they were so dedicated with helping their leader out.
"Here you go, plant these and let me know if anything sprouts up as usual."
Leaning into her Golden bag, she plucked out a few shards of Sacridite from her storage. She brought up her tail and prompted the little fae to land upon it. Perching so she would be able to get to the gem pouches that littered their sides. Filling them up, she waited till the male, Django moved so his mate, Zola took her turn and got her bags added to as well. With their bags filled, they took off in a rush, seeing to spreading the shards of Sacridite into the nearby area. Morrigan just hoped they didn't overlap the area she was trying to clean up. Not that her leader didn't mind giving to others several times.
"Better hurry up, there are another few sites to break apart before nightfall. And I don't want to test the Viridian Labyrinth at night. Don't want to stumble into another clan in the dark."
Looking at where the Fae disappeared too, she hoped they would be safe as well. But Fae were funny little things, and certainly resourceful.
"...Better get back to work then."
