    Meringue is, in fact, a mage, but his main job is to be an assistant to Shortcake and a delivery dragon to her and the rest of the clan. His magic is convenient for daily life, having the ability to heat things up or cool them down (a useful skill for one who works in a kitchen). This could have disastrous results in a combat situation, but he has no real desire to fight-and not much reason to.

    Because most of the dragons in the clan hoard their supplies, his main target for deliveries is the kitchen, and his other locations are visited much less frequently. A fair amount of them also choose to gather their own items, and with Ceto as the courier for inter-clan interactions, he doesn't have much to do.

    Despite it being his job, he spends far more time in the kitchen than he should, and has an annoying habit of stealing ingredients. Cardamom and Meringue team up to shame him for this, because he usually doesn't get away with it.

    Panromantic. Due to his heritage, he has a reasonable amount of medical knowledge and can be relied on for first aid in a pinch. He is inherently suspicious of Isebele and will not work for her, though she has invited him to a number of times.

    He does have his own room, but he prefers to just sleep anywhere.
